Team - Basic Strength

This program is build up on the 4 major lifts Dead, Press, Squat and Bench.

there are 2 workouts each week Tuesday and Thursday.

each workout is composed of a small warm followed by 2 super sets.

Add load to the following set, if the reps feels good, if you overshoot brake up the set and stay with the load for the rest of the workout.
