Team - Rehab/Prehab is a team for you who are dealing with issues of a specific sort.

This teams focuses on the lower back.

Do each repetition slow and with deliberation if you experience pain acknowledge it and reduce the range of motion so it becomes manageable.

If you suffer please see your doctor or a health physician before you do any of the exercises in the program.

The program only have one training is is in your feed every day do the training for as much time you like and as often as you feel that it is benefiting you.
